Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing and Special Meeting
Please take notice that on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 6:30 pm the Martin Township Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at the Martin Township Hall, 998 Templeton Street, Martin, MI, 49070. At this meeting, Public Hearings will take place upon the following matters which will be discussed, deliberated and possibly have final action taken thereon:
- A request from Steven Peterson, owner of 1063 112th Street, also known as Permanent Parcel Number 0315-031-016-10, for a Special Use Permit to operate a sand mine per Section 7.3.1 of the Martin Township Zoning Ordinance.
- Such other matters that may come properly before the Planning Commission.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and participate. Written comments may be submitted to the Martin Township Planning Commission up until the date of the public hearing by mailing to or dropping off at the Martin Township Office at 998 Templeton Street, Martin, Michigan, 49070 during regular business hours or by contacting the Township Clerk at 616-760-3065.

TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MARTIN, ALLEGAN COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Martin Township Board at a regular meeting held October 14, 2021.

SECTION II SEVERABILITY.
The provisions of this Ordinance are severable.
SECTION III EFFECTIVE DATE AND REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
This Ordinance shall take effect eight days following publication after adoption. This section provides for the repeal of any conflicting Ordinances.
