Notice of Public Hearing Martin Township Zoning Board of Appeals VARIANCE REQUEST
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (The Michigan Zoning Enabling Act) the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) of Martin Township will deliberate the following Variance Request at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at Martin Township Hall, located at 998 Templeton, Martin, Ml 49070.
The application received is as follows:
1. A request for a variance from Greg Schaafsma, owner of 1793 10th Street, also known as Permanent Parcel Number 03-15-020-008-00, for relief from Section 6.4.5 of the Martin Township Zoning Ordinance to expand a principal structure into the required rear yard.
A copy of the application is available for review at Martin Township Hall during regular business hours or by contacting the Township Clerk at 616-490-1074.
Martin Township will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon reasonable prior notice. Please contact the Martin Township Hall detailing the type of aids or services needed.
