TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MARTIN, ALLEGAN COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following Ordinance was adopted by the Martin Township Board at a regular meeting held October 14, 2021.
ORDINANCE NO. 130: AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY From I-1 Industrial to AG- Agricultural: The property addressed as 283 122nd Avenue, also known as permanent parcel number 0315-002-017-11, and legally described as COM AT S 1/4 COR TH S 89DEG 16’49” E 396.03′ TO POB; TH N 00DEG 05’22” W 208.58′; TH S 89DEG 16’49” E 157.43′; TH N 55DEG 10’41” E 169.63′; TH S 89DEG 16’49” E 176.41′; TH S 00DEG 05’22” E 307.19′; TH N 89DEG 16’49” W 473.22′ TO POB SEC 2 T2N R11W
SECTION II SEVERABILITY.
The provisions of this Ordinance are severable.
SECTION III EFFECTIVE DATE AND REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
This Ordinance shall take effect eight days following publication after adoption. This section provides for the repeal of any conflicting Ordinances.

Gun Lake Improvement Board Meeting Notice
The Gun Lake Improvement Board will hold a special meeting on September 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Orangeville Township Hall, 7350 Lindsey Rd., Plainwell, MI; for the purpose of possible pre-authorization for treatment at the outlet (dam) of Gun Lake.

Notice is hereby given to all persons liable to assessments for
taxes in Martin Township, County of Allegan, State of Michigan.
That the assessment roll of said township will be subject to inspection at the Martin Township Fire Hall, 998 Templeton Martin, MI 49070 0n Tuesday, July 20th 2021 at 9:00 AM.
For the purpose of correcting Qualified Errors that have been previously verified by the Assessor. Qualified Errors include Mutual Mistakes of Fact, Clerical Errors and Adjustments to the Homeowner’s Principal Residence Exemption.
