Meetings

Planning Commission meetings are held quarterly, by special meetings, or working meetings. Quarterly meetings held on the first Tuesday of March, June, September and December at 7:30pm at the township hall.

Zoning Meeting Costs

• For a rezoning request during a quarterly meeting there is a charge of $500.00.
• For a rezoning request at a special meeting there is a charge of $500.00.
• For a Private Road request there is a charge of $500.00.
• For a site plan review the charge is $500.00.
• There is no charge for a site plan review during a regular quarterly meeting.
• Site Condominiums, Condominiums and Sub division are $500.00 per each meeting.

Fees are non refundable.
